Beautiful reddish lager with subtle malt flavours and balanced hops flavours. Our low fermentation beers come with unique low fermentation yeast dedicated to the home brewer. Fermentation: after 1 to 2 days, move to a cooler room (14°C to 18°C). Secondary fermentation: glucose. Leave to mature for at least 28 days.
