Dark coloured Belgian beer. The use of special Belgian yeast enriches this beer with a noticeable fruity and spicy bouquet, typical of the beers from that region. Fermentation: 23°C to 25°C. Secondary fermentation: sugar. Leave to mature for 28 days.
