Strong porter beer commonly brewed on the shores of the Baltic Sea. Very dark in colour, almost black, with well developed hops and malt flavours and a hint of coffee. Our low fermentation beers come with unique low fermentation yeast dedicated to the home brewer. Fermentation: after 1 to 2 days, move to a cooler room (14°C to 18°C). Secondary fermentation: glucose. Leave to mature for at least 8 weeks. Will continue to improve for up to a year.
