YEASTS - Bottom fermentation
GLW35
German strain of yeast especially developed for brewing lager at home.
Fermentation: between 12°C and 22°C.
Optimum fermentation: between 12°C and 17°C.
Very high attenuation and flocculation.
Alcohol tolerance: up to 7.5%.
Should be hydrated for 30 minutes at 27°C (+/- 3°C) before adding to the wort.
