Fermentation: between 16°C and 32°C.
High fermentation temperature (above 20°C) will increase the presence of esters in the finished beer.
High attenuation.
Medium to high flocculation.
Alcohol tolerance: up to 12% (reduced fermentation above 7.8%).
Should be hydrated for 30 minutes at 27°C (+/- 3°C) before adding to the wort.
OGA9
German strain of yeast for low esters beers.
Fermentation: between 12°C and 25°C.
Optimum fermentation: between 15°C and 20°C.
High flocculation. Alcohol tolerance: above 12%.
Should be hydrated for 30 minutes at 27°C (+/- 3°C) before adding to the wort.
Please note that this strain produces a lot of foam during fermentation.

Strain of yeast for American and hybrid beers.
Low esters production. Fermentation: between 16°C and 24°C.
Optimum fermentation: between 18°C and 22°C.
High flocculation.
Alcohol tolerance: above 7.4%.
Should be hydrated for 30 minutes at 27°C (+/- 3°C) before adding to the wort.
