Traditional “Bock” style beer. Well developed malt flavours but lightly hopped and reddish in colour. Our low fermentation beers come with unique low fermentation yeast dedicated to the home brewer. Fermentation: after 1 to 2 days, move to a cooler room (14°C to 18°C). Secondary fermentation: glucose. Leave to mature for at least 28 days.
