Gozdawa Bavarian Wheat 11 is a German yeast strain used for top-fermented beers, dedicated to wheat beers. Low flocculation and sedimentation. Wort temperature: 20°C-32°C, optimal wort temperature: 20°C-26°C. To obtain typical wheat beer characteristics in home conditions, fermentation should take place in the upper range of the temperature scale. At temperatures above 24°C it develops banana and ester aromas.
U.S. West Coast “Chico” (USWC) Gozdawa U.S. West Coast “Chico” is a yeast strain used for top-fermented beers. It comes from the west coast of America, ferments very quickly with a very clean final aroma. Wort temperature: 14°C-22°C, optimal 17°C-19°C.
Gozdawa Original British Ale Yeast 04 “Whitbread” is a famous yeast strain used for top-fermented beers with a neutral final aroma. Origin of Great Britain. It is characterized by excellent fermentation. Wort temperature: 15°C-22°C, optimally 16°C-19°C.

Gozdawa Noble Saison is a famous Saison-style yeast strain from the Walloon region. It can be used for all styles of country beers, such as Grisette, Bière de Garde and other Belgian styles. Gozdawa Classic Belgian Witbier is a yeast strain used for top-fermented beers, dedicated to Witbier and spiced beers. Medium flocculation and sedimentation. Wort temperature: 16°C-25°C, optimal wort temperature: 20°C-24°C.
Gozdawa Old German Altbier 9 is a yeast strain used for top-fermented beers, recommended for German Alts and British Dark Ales. Good flocculation and medium sedimentation. Wort temperature: 12°C-25°C, optimal wort temperature: 15°C-20°C
Gozdawa Pure Ale Yeast 7 is the best all-purpose yeast strain used for top-fermented beers. Flocculation medium to high, high attenuation. Wort temperature above 20°C will increase the presence of esters in the finished beer, fermentation between 16°C-32°C.
Gozdawa Porter & Kvass is a yeast strain used for top-fermented beers, especially for darker and stronger beers (e.g. Porters, Kvass). Fermentation is usually slower with good flocculation. Wort temperature: 16°C-32°C, optimal: 22°C-26°C.
Gozdawa “Notty” is a hybrid yeast strain used for top-fermented beers, specially selected for Ale beer. Fast fermentation with very high final attenuation. Wort temperature: 11°C-22°C, up to 17°C natural aroma, above 17°C slightly ester aroma.
